Early-access privacy notice

This early-access list is operated by the Animalumeric Chess project. Contact the project operator at r1000a@gmail.com for questions, access, corrections or deletion.

What we collect

Your email address, the time you joined, the version of the consent notice, and your confirmation that you are an adult. Please do not submit information about a child. The list is intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Why we collect it

With your consent, we keep your address to provide development updates and tell you when pre-orders open. Joining is free and is not a purchase. This site does not automatically send a confirmation email.

Storage and access

Registration details are stored in the website’s hosted database using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. They are accessible to the project operator and service providers needed to run the site. We do not publish or sell the list. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

Your choice

You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing r1000a@gmail.com from the address you registered. We retain registration details while the early-access list is used for the purposes described here, unless you request removal. We will review retention when the early-access phase ends.

We have not added advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this page. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data to provide the service.
